Hi Huda.. I conceived being overweight.. so I track my food intake and calories still I gain weight very quick. Currently I'm 4 months completed. i didn't gain weight first 3 months.. 4th month I gained 3kg at once with same amount of food/calorie consumption.. my main food is wheat milk curd fruits but vegetables. How can I avoid quick weight gains..
