How to help your child with Speech Delay

My 2 year old child, doens't speak meaningful words. He utters something gibberish which we are not able to understand most of the times. This makes him frustrated and he stops trying to explain after a while . How can I make him speak clearly?

Madam ek 3 saal ka baccha kitne shabd bol leta hai? Meri beti jo ki October mai 3 saal ki ho jayegi ,abhi bhi kewal Mama, Papa , aur aise 3-4 shabd hi bol pati hai. Mujhe chinta hai ki usey school mai admission kaise milega. Usey mobile par videos dekhne ka bhut shauk hai aur uske bina khana bhi nahi khati . Kya humein kisi expert ki slaah leni chaihe ya yeh normal hai?

Namaskar Ma'am ! My elder son who is 6 years old speaks really fast which makes his speech incoherent and incomprehensible. What can be done to make his speech clear? Is asking him to slow down everytime the right thing to do? Please guide.

Mere do bacchey hai, 12 aur 8 saal ke . Mera chotta beta bhut slow bolta hai. Usey ek sentence sochkar complete karne mai bhut waqt lagta hai. Online classes mai bhi isi wajha se teachers usey bolne ka mauka nahi deti. Agar deti bhi hai to beech mai baat kaatkar jaldi se sahi answer khud se de deti hai ya kisi aur bacche ko chance de deti hai. Issey mera beta bhut hataash ho jata hai . Kirpya mujhe kuch kargaar sujaav dijiye jissey woh apni baat theek se bol paye?

Meri beti 4 mahine ki hai. Woh koi bhi awaaz sunkar react nahi karti. Woh kewal roti hai to uski awaaz sunai padti hai. Aur koi ou,aa ,ki awaazein bhi nahi nikalti. Kya yeh sahi hai. Kya woh theek se bol payegi badi hokar? Mujhe bhut chinta hai Kirpya meri madad kareyin.

Hello Ma'am ! My 6 year daughter stammers a lot especially when tensed. She gets stuck mostly on words with Ra sound. Has this got something to do with a speech issue or is it a psychological problem? Whom should I consult a speech therapist or a child counselor or a psychologist in her case?

My 27m old just blabbers very few letters like 'b', ap etc.. What can we do to help him talk
