My son who is 14 years old and is on autism spectrum, since morning has been looking towards the roof constantly. His neck muscle on one side seems to be stiff. All Attempts to distract him have been in vain. does this need medical intervention or he is doing so just casually? Please help.

My 2 year old child just doesn't maintain an eye contact. His speech development is not according to his age and just keeps making repeated sounds like ghii ghii .... which do not make any sense to us . He just doesn't understand simple instructions. He is clumsy keeps falling down here and there. He keeps staring at one thing for 15-20 minutes without moving. Are these the red flags or am I just overthinking?
