It's summertime and it's not unusual different blotches and rashes appear on your baby's body. The appearance of heat rash also called prickly heat or summer rash during hot, humid weather, is not a serious issue and usually clears on its own after a few days. Therefore, not get panic if your child develops this nasty rash on his or her tender baby soft skin. There are several home remedies and a few simple tactics to bring down the itching and spreading of heat rash.  In this live workshop we will cover details of causes, signs and treating heat rash in babies.

What Are The Heat Rash Symptoms In Babies?

Here are the signs of heat rash in babies

  • Red bumps on the skin where there is less air circulation due to tight clothing and in skin folds
  • It can appear as clear, fluid-filled blisters and bumps in mild cases
  • Heat rash can be prickly or itchy when the deeper layer of skin is affected

Hello Doctor! What is the maximum period a 4 months old baby can be made to wear diapers in a day? Is there a time period for which baby should be without diapers and left open, as my mother-in-law keeps telling me to keep him without diapers for 4-5 hours. But I am a working mother and don't have time to wash nappies ,that's why I put my baby in diapers 24/7. Is that okay?

Ma'am my baby is peeing 15-20 times in a day. Is it normal for a 4 months old baby to pee that often? Occasionally he also cries while peeing. Is that okay? He is on breastmilk. Will he get dehydrated by peeing so often? Keeping this frequency of peeing in view, how often should I change his diaper in a day?

Ma'am, my infant urinates 15 to 20 times a day. Is such frequent urination for a baby under four months old normal? On occasion, he even sobs while urinating. Can I do that?" He is currently nursing. With all the urinating, will he become dehydrated? How often should I change his diaper each day keeping in mind how often he urinates? basketball stars
