Dear Ma'am, I'm Renuka Vishwanathan from Indore. My daughter's name is Mahalakshmi. She's 5 years old. I'm a working mother and we both are in same school. As my teaching time and her classes time are same, I'm unable to look after her. She's not willing to sit during the classes as well. But when I make her sit for the written work she's least interested to do it. What's the solution for this and how to overcome this? Please suggest.

Ma'am, Sharing my question in two parts: - lack of interest to write and practice because the child has understood the concept - should it be made more of a disciple/mandate to practice along with creating interest? - for creative writing and in general, how important is reading a pre requisite for better writing?

Hello Doctor!
My son just turned 4 .... As we are aware that from last year our kids aren't going to school due to pandemic.... Which is turning out to be a great loss especially for the younger ones when their social and early learning skills are getting developed... I homeschooled my pre-schooler last year and directly took admission for Lkg for this coming academic year... What I found out teaching him was that his attention span is hardly 5-10 minutes max and his concentration level is also quite poor... I tried to polish his fine motor skills at home to get him ready for writing... He first enjoyed tracing patterns and colouring but gradually has lost interest and when I started teaching him proper writing Alphabet, he took it as a burden. I tried creative worksheet and stuff, but now he just starts to run away from them... Somehow I did teach him Capital letters, but his handwriting isn't to the mark. First, how should I improve his handwriting? Second, due to this second wave of Covid, we don't have high hopes with school reopening, how can I make learning fun for him?
