Hello doctor, I am 6 months pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. I don't want to undergo c-section. What can I do so that I will have normal delivery?

Doctor my bhabhi is 8 months pregnant. Her 9 th month will begin from 10th February. She has whitish discharge which doens't have smell and there is no itching.. but since the beginning of 8th month, this discharge is really increasing by the day .Is it a cause of concern? Is it sign of premature delivery? What can be done to deal with it?
