How to ensure proper sleep & sleep health for your baby

Hello Doctor! My 7 months old doesnt have a sound sleep. He would wake up after every 1-2 hours and would take more than an hour to sleep again. Is this normal? What could be the reason for the same? How can his sleeping habits be changed ?

Doctor how much a 3 months baby should ideally sleep at night and during the day? My baby doens't sleep at all during the night. Please give some tips to put him to sleep and also so that he sleeps at a stretch for few hours at night so that I can also relax.

Hello doctor, my baby is 9 months old. She used to sleep well in the night till last month. Last 10-12 days she has started getting up at around 3 am. She starts playing and wants me to play with her also. Then at around 6am she will go to sleep. I don't know how to make her sleep again she is in full playing mood. Please help.
