How to manage developmental delays & support a child with Autism

My 2. 7 yr old baby ( 32 months) is not eating anything since 1 week please am worried 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 what should I give for hunger/ appetite???

Hello Doctor! My nephew who is 7 months old still can't control his neck. Is this normal or is it sign of a developmental delay? What can be done to manage it? Also he doesn't maintain an eye contact or give a social smile. Are these signs of autism? How early can autism be ruled out?

My daughter is 2 years and 5 months old. She doesn't talk at all and only uses gestures to communicate with us. She is very particular about her toys being kept in the similar way and throws tantrum when her elder sibling spoils it. She likes to remain aloof and not play with her sibling. she sometimes make repeated hand flapping movements and continuously keeps on staring in one direction. Are these the red flags? Due to this pandemic we haven't been able to visit a developmental pediatrician. Please guide us what can be done and God forbid if it's autism only what should be our next step. I am very disturbed please guide me.

My son is 4 year old his all milestones r normal.. around 1. 6 year his speech was regressed he stopped speaking.. dn wid tym he gradually improved.. he is diagnosed with mild autism.. wl he be able to live normal life.

I forget to mention he communicates thru gesture.. he has no interest in speech and language.. but his hand eye cor donation and writing part is Gud.. how to improve his speech.. and he is hyperactive too.. but he understands everything.. personally I think with therapies family's intervention should be more nd more

Madam my son is 3 years 7 months. Recently last month we diagnosed him with ASD features with development delay. He is poor in speaking. He pronounce some words but repeating the same words. He is some times shows aggression, anger. he is not play interactively with other children tries to be alone. he is always tries to beat my daughter. which therapy we should start firstwith speach, behavioural therapy or any other. please guide us. Can diet changes bring any improvement.
