How to moderate your child's screen & gadget usage

Ma'am mera beta 7 years ka hai. Woh online classes over hone ke baad bhi laptop par games khelta rehta hai. Baar baar bolne par bhi nahi sunta. Mai usey kaise samjhaun, please guide karey.

My child who is in class 6th spends too much time on screen in making presentations, doing project work, turning in assignments, test papers etc. Besides this she spends 4 hours in online classes which amounts to a total of 8-9 hours of screen time. Is it too much for her? If yes, what can be done to reduce it as all what she has been doing is mandatory and adds to her grades?

Madam mera baccha 10 saal ka hai woh sara din friends se chatting karta hai phone par. uske papa ne usey bina meri sehmati ke phone dilwaya hai .kya yeh uchit hai? phone lene par woh bhut drama karta hai, jissey mujhe pareshaan hokar usey phone waapis karna padta hai. Kirpya mujhe is samasya ka samadhaan dijiye.

My daughter who is 12 years old now just doens't want to note down anything in her notebooks. Her standard reply is her teacher has shared it as a PPT, so she doesn't need to note it down. I am concerned as I believe once schools would reopen she would no longer be in a habit to take notes. Are my concerns valid or am I just overthinking?

I could not able to spend much time with her. most of the time she was engaged by tv and mobile.. so she is affected in her regular life style.. she feels that world is more comfortable and imagine herself as a peppa,pj Mask.. and get scare of crowd and strange people even to eat fruits and vegetables. wear to fancy dresses. even i quit my job now but it's very hard to get her out from the screens. What is the right age to give mobile phone to a child? My 8 year old child keeps on cribbing all his friends have their perosnal mobile phone and he too wants to have one as he can't everytime wait for us to allow him to use our phone.
