How to tackle Speech & hearing issues in children

Doctor my child is 4 months old. Though he passed the hearing test which was done in the first few weeks after his birth, I still sometimes doubt whether he is able to listen to us as out of 5 occasions he would repsond only on 1 or 2. Please guide me how do I ensure whether he is listening to us or not?

Doctor mera beta 2 saal 6 mahine ka hai .woh abhi bhi kewal papapa, mamamama ,daddaa aise hi bolta hai. Ek hi sound ko repeat karta hai. kya yeh normal hai, ya mujhe kisi doctor ko dikhana chaihe?

Hello Doctor! My daughter is 4 years old. She is very active in play ,doing activities, solving puzzles ,but when it comes to reading she is just not able to read a word or a simple sentence. She would try hard but gets confused between sounds of alphabets and would read 'paper' as 'dader' or 'slipper' as 'chimer'. sometimes these words make no sense to us at all. i have been trying hard since past 1 year but with no positive results. please guide me is there some issue related to language development and how to resolve it??

Madam mera bada beta 12 saal ka hai. woh hearing aid use karta hai 3saal ki umar se hi. par ab woh chidne laga hai. woh usey use nahi karna chahta .baar baar kehta hai accha nahi lagta , mere friends kya kahenge. Woh mujhse puchtey rehtey hai ki kya tumhe koi problem hai? Mujhe accha nahi lagta. Kya iska koi ilaaz hai ya koi upaye bataye jissey usey hearing aid use nahi karna padey.

Doctor mera beta 5 saal ka hai, woh sun nahi sakta bilkul bhi. Meri wife 6 months pregnant hai, kya koi test hai jissey hum pata laga sakey ki garbh mai pal raha baccha sun sakta hai ya nahin? Kitne percent chances hai ki usko bhi hearing problem hogi?

My son is six year old. he cannot speak clear some letters like k,r. also not speak some lengthy words. plz help what should I do?practice b karwati hu bt not speak correct.

Hello mam... my daughter is 3. 10 yrs old.... she is able to copy all the words but cannot form sentences yet... she does speak few sentences ....moreover when she tries to speak a sentence.... it cannot b understood..... she is not austic.. I checked on dat with doctors' ...plz guide me
