I sometimes get angry on my children due to trivial issues due to lot of work pressure, managing many fronts simultaneously and even health related issues. How do I deal with it so that my children do not internalize this behaviour when they grow up? My son is 12 years and my daughter is 6 years old.

Meri beti 11 saal ki hai. mai usme recently bhut sare changes note kar rahi hoon jaise ki jawab dena, baat nahi sunna, irritate ho jana, aur baat baat par gussa karna. kya yeh changes puberty ki wajha se hai ya koi aur baat usey pareshaan kar rahi hai? Kya yeh issues dheere dhere settle ho jayenge ya yeh uska part of personality ban jayega? As a mother mujhe kya karna chaihe taki woh khush rahe?

My son who is 7 years old has recently started behaving angrily. Even small small issues irritate him and he loses his cool and starts to shout on his younger sibling as well as us. When he starts to shout he doesn't realize what he is saying and how much it is affecting others. he was a very sweet and a jolly natured child up until he was 5-6 years old. Please tell me what can be done to control his anger issues and get him back to his usual self.

Please share some of the tricks which would prove to be handy in dealing with anger issues in children especially in 3-7 years olds. What could be the reason behind even a 3-4 year old getting angry, throwing things and talking in loud voice with parents?

My son is 11 yrs old, active and intelligent. But since the lockdown , he is unable to meet and play with his friends. He is spending a lot of time in Youtube and games in ipad. He wants to be a youtuber. and follow all the people with maximum views in you tube. He is not studying and do his work on time. He is wasting his time whole day with everything other than studies and his own work. He says he hates studying because it is forced on him. Every time, I make him understand about his behaviour, he give me excuses that due to lockdown, he is not able to play with his friends and spend his time outdoors. He has his grandparents and he sometimes will talk rudely to them. No one in home talks like he does. He also doesn't read books or write his diary. Sometimes, I feel it has gone out of my control.
