But muje ase lagta hai ki vo samajh nahi pata ki hum kya khe rahe h usse.usko sentence samjh nahi aata ki usko kya karne ke liye bola gaya h.usko nahi pata ki pillow kise kahate Hain yah bedsheet kise kahate Hain ya bag kise kahate Hain.please koi solutions bathe.

My son is 19 yr old and he was studying in std 11th. He was attending regular college and swimming class. Now he is at home due to lockdown. If he hear sound of vegetable vendor n crying sound in tv he gets very angry and hit himself and other people also. What to do pls suggest.
