Hi my 3 years old daughter interrupts me whenever I attend an any call. I attend only urgent calls like from office which I cannot call back later. But there will be urgent calls or watsup msgs about meeting from office which can't be ignored. N I need to check n respond to it. How can I make her understand that she should not interrupt n its urgent. N sometimes I feel she needs mobile to just talk to her father who is not staying with us. May be thinking that it's her father she interrupt call. She insist on talking to her father during his working hour or mine. I tried explained. How else I should tell her so that she understands?

Hi. My 3 years daughter was very much addicted to mobile n waslearning tantrum and talking back to elders from it. So I stopped it completely. But she was getting bored n I want some time to prepare breakfast. So instead of mobile I played her fav cartoon in tv. So tat she is engaged n could do my household work n keep a watch on her what she watches Now her tantrum are reduced, but not yet completely. So my question is whether letting her watch tv is ok? But while eating she just holds bite in her hand until we remaind her to eat.please suggest me a way so that she is engaged positively yet eats property?

Great session. Valuable insights. My question is how do we as a parent differentiate between attention seeking behaviours and childhood depression by observing the negative behavioural manifestations during these trying times. I ask this because most parents might dismiss the child's sadness or irritation as just a means to gain attention negatively. Thank you Sree (Kerala)
