My baby was born on 11th January, 2021. He is around two months old. He sleeps the entire day and is awake the entire night. I am not able to match up with his sleep cycle. Please suggest ways so that I can sleep as well as manage my house hold chores along with taking care of my baby? Having a tough time managing as I stay in a nuclear family.

Doctor My child is 5 months old now. But still his sleep cycle is erratic. He can't sleep at a stretch for more than 25 -30 minutes. Wakes up for feed every half an hour. I get tired especially at night when he just refuses to sleep and keeps on clinging to me and have breastfeed . I get so tired ,please suggest ways to modify his sleep cycle.

Hello Doctor! My daughter Roohi is 9 months old now. She doesn't have a sound sleep. She wakes up even at the minutest noise in the room. Since I have a 4 year old child as well, I can't restrict his movement. So maintaing pin drop silence in the room is just not possible. I'm having a tough time making my daughter sleep for a longer duration. How can I make her have a sound sleep? Please guide. TIA!

My daughter is 1 year old and she still does not sleep at night. She is awake till 2am and needs rocking to sleep. How can i sleep train her so that she can sleep on her own. Also she wakes after every hour after she sleeps. How can we give her sound sleep.. Please help.

Hello doctor my baby is 2. 5month old (iugr nd late preterm).. She makes weired kind of sound while sleeping and stiffens her whole body before going to sleep and cries alot.. Is there any problen or it is normal? And also she sleep for very less time.
