How to build speech and language in Autism

Hello, my daughter has autism. she was diagnosed at 3 yrs5 mths, her. speech therapy got delayed as we went for multiple diagnosis to make sure she actually had autism. She is unable to differentiate in words like 30 and 13... how can we help her pronounce those effectively

My daughter ll be 4 years old next month.she avoids speaking or asking for something instead she points out at things or drag us to the thing. Basically she lacks the understanding of how to ask questions. The irony is that she sings so well and she remembers all the lyrics without a mistake and ahe speaks clearly whenever she does.
