All of us are exposed to germs on an everyday basis. This is especially true for children. Hence strengthening your child's immune system in today's times is hygiene.
Healthy and balanced nutrition, physical exercising, and sleep are paramount to a healthy lifestyle resulting in better immunity, & better health.
What your child eats and drinks on a day-to-day basis will define their health, immunity & growth. Ensuring that your child eats a well-balanced, healthy and nutritious diet can be a challenge but can be tackled with some tips & tricks. You can include herbs and spices like ginger, garlic, honey, clove and cinnamon too in your diet.
Physical Exercises like yoga, jogging, walk improve circulation and help significantly in keeping you healthy. Research shows that some amount of physical exercise improves infection-fighting ability of your body, thereby keeping you protected.
Besides this, remember a good night's sleep is a must to a healthy lifestyle. This should be both in terms of quality and number of hours. Studies have time and again proven that sleep deprivation can make you more prone to illness as that can lower immunity.
Take necessary steps to avoid infections. This includes washing our hands frequently, washing fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Inculcating healthy habits right from the start can go a long way in improving your child's natural immunity.
