Hello madam.... my son is 4. 5 years and is diagnosed with ASD. His eye contact and responses are very weak. He follows commands but his hyperactive nature prevents him from obeying commands completely. He cannot sit long and do his work. He still cannot communicate his needs. He speaks only wen the subject is of his interest eg food. He does have sensory issues nd fidget with his hands. we cannot understand his Areas of interest except vehicles. He has loose muscle tone nd body posture. Always tends to lean. He s a happy go child and presently follows routines sleeping pattern. Kindly guide us to provide him the necessary treatments.
