Hello Doctor! My child doens't eat Dals, green leafy vegetables and hates eating fruits other than banana and mangoes. How can I replace these nutrients present in these food items? I am worried if he continues to not eat these, will it have an impact on his overall growth later in life? My son is 3. 5 years old.

Doctor my 2 years old is not smart as compared to her agemates. she can't complete a sentence and sometimes doens't even make an eye contact or answer to our queries. She is slow when asked to perform a task, for instance bring a glass from the kitchen. She is a poor eater and was born 4 weeks before the scheduled date . Could that be the reason for the same? What all can I incorporate in her diet so that she gets smarter? Please guide.

What should be the diet of 11 month old babies for their proper growth and development. My twin sons hardly eat anything healthy and are mostly cranky. They want to eat muffins, french fries, biscuits etc . Please give some suggestions so that I can make them eat healthy food. I am living in a join family wherein all their demands are met with by the elders of the family without realising it's detrimental impact on their health in the longer run. But I am helpless. Thanks in advance!

Kindly share inputs on food Items that can increase the appetite of babies. My 8 months old can spend entire day without a bite of food and still not complain. I'm really worried. He is on breastmilk but that too he takes for 5 minutes and then goes to sleep. Though he is active but he hardly eats. Are there medicines that can increase a baby's appetite? Please share your valuable inputs on the same.
