Hello Doctor! I have two children aged 6 years old 8 months old respectively. My elder one is a hyperactive child and has poor memory. He forgets whatever is taught to him the next day. What steps can I take from now only so that my younger baby doens't have to face the same issues and his retention power becomes good. I have heard excess of sugar makes children hyperactive , is it a myth or a fact?? Please guide🙏🏻
