Feb 11, 2022, 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
A Toddler’s growth has multiple facets and it’s important to understand that it’s all happening together and rapidly. These include Physical Development, Cognitive, social & emotional development. It’s important at this stage to ensure the right nutrition and stimuli in a toddler’s surroundings for their Holistic development.
So, what aspects does a parent need to focus on in these key years!
Key points we will cover through the workshop:
Learn the important developmental areas especially for a 3-5 years-old. (Physical, Brain Development, Social, Emotional, Speech & language)
Understand developmental milestones for a toddler a parent can expect at this age (3years-5years).
How can a parent take care of each of these developmental areas? What kind of nutrition does a toddler need for each of these?
Toddlers are growing rapidly in these ‘wonder years’. How do you ensure that they get nutrition for their Physical development on a day-to-day basis?
Concentration and learning in early years is important. What kind of nutrition and stimuli can foster the right development on this front ?
Toddlers are not able to grab a piece of a building block or fix the block with another piece or a child is not able to understand words. How can parents attend to something like this?
Brain foods, the foods, which foster cognitive development for toddlers. What nutrients are required for brain development and the importance of Iron in brain development of a child.

My child is 5. 5 years old. He remains very restless especially during his online class. He keeps fidgeting with stationery, devices such as keyboard, mouse , PC etc. lying near him. Can you please suggest some food items that can be incorporated in his diet that would help in increasing his concentration span. Thanks in advance!

My daughter is 4 years old. Her weight is just 11 kgs . She does not want to eat anything other than fried potato, chips, burger and pizza. She is also fond of sweets such as cakes and pastries. She remains constipated mostly and needs to be given glycerine suppository to help pass stools. Could you please suggest me certain tips to incorporate healthy nutrients in her diet and alleviate her constipation issue. Thanks Madam!
