Hi mam. Last two days I am feeling giddiness and sometimes i could feel some kind of pain in lower stomach. Today I got white discharge with brown spot in it. Today is 29th day from lmp. Is is PMS or pregnancy. Should I consider This as PMS or any chance for pregnancy..

Hello Mam ,I had delivered baby girlon 22nd Dec 2019 under C section.so seeking your advice as since delivery still I am having severe back pain and even sometimes its very painful while standing or doing work in kitchen but as you know it is required to stand around an hour at once while doing kitchen work , we have large family and nobody able to do .. could you pls suggest any medicine for the same if possible . I am taking iron, calcium, D-rise on daily basis and sometimes it skipped.. DOLO 500 FOR Pain but it's not working . Please please please suggest what should I do.. Thanks
