What to do if your child touch their private parts - Tips, Do-s & Don't-s

I have been noticing from quite a few days that while watching Television or gadgets my son who is 5 years old,his hand goes on his private parts. He would keep on touching it unless told not to. I feel probably he himself doesn't realize he is doing so. Should I stop him from doing so or let him do what he wishes to? I am very confused, is it normal for a 5 year old to do so or am I missing something?

Hello Ma'am ! I have a query my son who is now 6 years old has recently got inquisitive about boobs. He would keep on noticing it and has twice asked me why do women have it and men don't?
