Hi Chans, I hope you are doing well. Kyunki baccha abhi one year ke niche hai to aap bacche ko ek time par ek hi food introduce kar sakti hai. Hi Aisha, I hope you are well. Aap jeera aur ghee abhi ke liye avoid karein, one year ke baad hi dein dono. Ye rahi diet bacche ke liye :) Baccho ko salt aur sugar ka taste nahi pata hota hai to woh aaram se bina salt aur sugar ka khana khaa sakte hai. Hi Manjula, I hope you are well. What was your child's birth weight? and was it a full-term delivery? Are you exclusively breastfeeding your baby? Quantity of flaxseeds for adults would be 1tsp and quantity for a child would be 1/4th tsp :) Hairfall could happen due to various reasons, hormones, shampoo, diet and so on. Hi Jyoti, I hope you are well. For your son, rather than adding a health drink, give him nuts powder (roasts nuts and powder them) add about 1/2 tbsp of it to milk and give him once a day first and then you can give it twice. Health drinks usually have sugar and other added ingredients. Yes, you can give your daughter fruit purees but only once she completes 6 months and also don't start with fruit purees, start with dal and rice because kids usually take up sweet taste first and refuse other foods. Start one puree at one time and don't mix all. Cerelac is fine. Always try to sit together for meals so that he sees it and eats it. Make his food more presentable so that he enjoys eating it.
