Hi Anita, nutrition wise you can focus on giving breakfast of whole grain cereal like poha, upma, idli, dalia or oats porridge to keep his concentration level and focus in class. However, if the child is not taking interest in class/studies at all, please take advice of education counsellor. 2018-11-05 11:31:35

Boiled water can be given especially after each solid feed. Starting with a spoon or two you may gradually increase the amount to 120-250 ml in a day. 2018-11-05 11:17:24

The baby would indicate that she is full by turning away her face or keeping her mouth shut. 2018-11-05 11:20:22

You have to start with few spoons only. Introduce only one food at a time, by replacing one of your feed with solids give it for 3-4 days and only introduce another food. This would help the baby accepting and getting familiar with taste of that particular food. Do not introduce new foods back to back, it may confuse the child and would lower her acceptance. Keep enough gap between her feeds, be it solid or milk to ensure that she is hungry. 2018-11-05 11:21:47
