Hello Surabhi dont give too much sugar with the milk. Instead smoothies with honey can be an alternative to it. Smoothies can have seasonal fruits which are good for the development of your child 2018-02-16 16:11:02

You can also make a paste of it along with wallnuts and cashews and mix it (1tbsp) with the milk twice a day. They are rich in essential fatty acids apart from calcium and vitamin D which the child obtains through milk. 2018-02-16 16:15:55

Try and also bring in the same paste with other food items but ensure that the child is given 2-3 tbsps a day and not more than that. 2018-02-16 16:17:28

It is always advised to use natural and organic food items to help in the brain development of the child. You can use almonds, cashews, wallnuts, figs and pistachio as a mizture which further could be addded in milk to help the child get essential nutrients such as fatty acids and vitamins for the healthy brain development of the child 2018-02-16 16:22:12

Hello Kalpana this is one of the problem that many parents face. The solution to this is that you could try and make paste of Almonds, figs, cashews, walnuts, pistachios and raisins. The same can be added in milk in small quantities (1tbsp) or in the form of laddoos. 2018-02-16 16:29:49

seismic seeds to be avoided for infants, it is better to give sesame seeds to teething toddlers. Kids with full teeth can chew sesame seeds. The other reason being, sesame seeds can cause allergies and hence, it is recommended to keep away sesame seeds from your baby until at least 1 year of age. You could add 10-20 gms in the food if need be as they are really good in calcium and unsaturated fatty acids 2018-02-16 16:51:42
