the expected delivery date of my wife was 20 November 2018 .her bp is 145-150/75 from November 10 .usg reports shows the age of fetus is 10 days less to 40 weeks on 20 November. what should I do now? doctor prescribed labetalol for control the bp but still it is 145-150/75. there be any problems during delivery? should we wait for normal delivery? should we go to doctor now for cesarean?

hello madam iam planning for second pregency,can u suggest me immunuty food during pregency,in first pregency i dnt have any idea about food i have taken fruits n vegetables alot during 1st pregency but my child was always suffered with cold still now he is 5rs have this problem and he had two surgeries herney n enlorged adinoids n tonsils,we have suffered alot about our kid.so pls madan suggest what to eat n what to avoid during pregency.
