Hi Rojalin, you have not giving details regarding your child's age and which eating habits you would want to change! However, you can always encourage your child to sit with family at meal times to encourage your family eating habits in him. 2018-09-10 11:04:08

Give him healthy options, which should be what the family is eating. Try including his favourite healthy options for the meals. 2018-09-10 11:05:29

You can make snacks healthier by using whole grain flour, vegetables & fruits. Try & make regular food interesting like chapatti veggies as Kathi roll or vegetables, cheese/shredded chicken spread over roti with ketchup. 2018-09-10 11:06:43

Use whole milk and its products like curd, paneer, cheese, buttermilk etc. You may give these as fruit shakes/ fruit lassi. Cheese or paneer can be cut into small bite sized cubes, so that they can use their fingers to eat these. Alternatively paneer/cheese can be added to their roti/sandwich/dosa/uttapam etc. 2018-09-10 11:17:55

Hi Vandana, children in this age group get fussy about their food habits. Keep a gap of atleast 2-3 hours between each meal, so that your child is hungry enough to eat. Fix the meal times and serve food at those times only and not in between. 2018-09-10 11:33:53
