Hi Annabel, well the best way to avoid back pain during pregnancy is to keep an eye on Your posture. Dont slouch if you are sitting for longer duration, stand tall while you are walking. do 30-45 minutes of walking daily. well spasm is because of overloading on spine bcos of abdominal weight. practice cat's and camel posture in yoga and try to stay in that pose for 5 min. this will definitely help you. A few posture correction are dont slouch while sitting and always walk tall. 2020-02-20 13:24:40
