Working Moms: Are you taking care of your own diet?

You have a family you love and you have a job you love (well, you go to, anyways!) - between the two, do you ever feel you are neglecting yourself? If you are back to work after having a child, the chances of your feeling this way are higher because the new routine takes some gettting used to, plus there is some (or more) guilt that accompanies a mom when she leaves her child at home and to cover up, she makes this promise to herself: "All my free time I will spend with my child". It's a good promise if you don't allow your own needs to slide.

It is possible to enjoy both aspects of life (family and work) but for that to happen - Your health needs to be in top form.

The bottomline: The lady of the house should eat nutritiously so she can manage all that she needs to manage. So the question is, are you taking care of your diet? If you have the energy, you can perform better at work and you still have loads of enthusiasm left to return home with a plan. And yes, it would be a great gift to your family to create a lifestyle in which healthy eating is as much a norm as brushing teeth and sleeping on time.

To your rescue: A realistic diet plan by Huda Shaikh that will fit your non-stop life schedule!

Become fit, get more energy (feel less tired) and make healthy eating an essential part of your life - and for your family.
