My son get sucks after every 20-25 days ...no cough cold just weather change and he is sick tht to get high fever lyk 102+ for 3-4 days ... He is 4+ and there is slight delay in his speech and conversation bt other milestones are OK plz suggest m wht to do is he affected by autism or ADHD
