While I was preggy ????????I used to drink coconut water every alternative day early in the morning empty stomach as it offers many benefits during this period and believe me have never ever faced any health issues all throughout 9 months....

. ????It is a great source of electrolytes which means it has all the nutrients which our body needs. ????It helps in maintaining the correct level of amniotic fluid which is essential for the baby. ????It keeps us hydrated during this phase which is highly important. ????It lowers the chances of constipation which is very common during pregnancy if taken empty stomach. ???? In the first trimester, it helps with dealing the problems like nausea, morning sickness, and heartburn. ????It maintains the blood pressure level. ????It increases the immunity level of MoM to Be. ???? It aids in fetal development as it is loaded with many micro minerals n vital nutrients.
