Cutlet

Ingredients
1 medium size beetroot
2 small english carrot
1 medium sweet potato
Salt
Pepper powder
1/4 piece of Cheese
Boil the above vegetables with salt.
Mash the vegetables and add salt pepper powder and cheese.
Make small cutlet shapes or any shape you want for the kids and shallow fry in a pan with oil or butter.
If there is excess water left then add little cornflour on either sides before frying them
My kids just love this. In fact they do not like other colors of cutlet.
Eat healthy and stay healthy.
