Everyone knows that the immune system protects your child's body from outside invaders. Being a Mom, one of my biggest challenges lies in helping build a strong immune system for my son.


I try to stick to the following for good health and immunity —

✔️I always serve a healthy platter, full of nutrition 

✔️I make sure that we all get enough sleep as it plays an important role ...

✔️We also try to stay active throughout the day.

✔️Currently, we're trying to make hygiene a habit for him... 

✔️And we never forget to have outdoor fun activities!

But I am telling you a secret here which is 'Turmeric'. I give my son 'Haldi wala milk'. 


Drinking turmeric milk helps boost immunity as the chemical compound present in turmeric — “curcumin” is rich in antibacterial and antifungal properties. Thus, it helps in fighting

infections and boosting our immunity. It is also often used as a remedy for cough and cold.
