Your child should drink sufficient water. Some ideas include offering water in colorful cups, using intersting straws. You can also make infused water to add some flavor and variety. Simply fill a pitcher with water and some slices of fruits like apple, orange, melon or berries and let it sit. You can experiment with different fruits and vegetables and also herbs. You can infuse cucumber, mint or cinnamon sticks.

Besides that it is important to eat water rich fruits and vegetables. Some of these contain plenty of water and also other nutrients. Watermelon, strawberries, peaches and pineapples are fruits with high-water content. Cucumbers, leafy greens, radishes, celery, zucchini and tomatoes are some Water-rich vegetables.

It is the natural and healthy way for a kid to stay hydrated. Be prepared . Kids should drink plenty of fluids before sports or playing outdoors. It helps them avoid getting dehydrated by making up a schedule so they can drink sufficient water.
