Khajur paak

Ingredients
Khajur seedless : 500gms
Milk : 500-700gms
Marie biscuits 1 big pack
Ghee : 1 teaspoon
Dry coconut
Method:
Wash seedless khajur in water n soak them in water for 15-20 min so all the dirt is out. Take a non stick pan and add khajur without water and add milk. Cover and cook in slow flame till the whole milk is burnt and khajur is soft.
Add ghee and take the pan out from the burner. Add marie crumps in the mixture n little dry coconut. Mix well.
(you can make 4-5 pieces of 1 biscuit or smaller as per your taste)
Take a plastic n apply ghee and Spread the mixture like a roll in the plastic and cover it tight n put it in the freezer for 1-2 hrs. No water should go in the plastic
Take out the plastic bag and cut round pieces of khajur paak and store them in fridge. Your healthy desert is ready to eat.
