I have heard that in Igatpuri too, pregnant women can meditate for 10 days and it brings immense peace within

Hi Sudha. There are various means by which you can learn meditation, but I have learnt it online by 'Isha Foundation, by Sadhguru'. You can also see many other gurus offering it. I got connected with him,. But the method is same no matter whom you choose.
