1 Aam panna: Mangoes are everyone’s favourite fruit. Itis healthy, plusraw mangoes are cold, so having them as juice in sweet or salty form is always a good option.
2 Mint: This isa good source of refreshment that you can mix with lemon, 1 glass of water and mangoes to make a drink that is refreshing.
3 Detox drinks: This water is very useful for moms after delivery, especially those who want to lose weight. Make detox water with mint, cucumber, lemon and ginger. It is good source of energy and will also improve your metabolism.

5. Buttermilk: One of the best ways to heal in summer is by having buttermilk. I give it to my baby and he likes it so much.It is a good source of energy, calcium and vitamins.

7. Ice cream: Homemade ice creams are a good source of calcium and minerals. You can add dry fruits to the ice cream to make it more nutritious.
8. Juice: Fruit juicesare a good source of energy and and if you or baby don't like fruits, this is the best way to give it to them. Oranges are a good source of vitamin C and E and if your baby is less than 1 year old, you can give it to him to help improve his immunity system.
9. Milkshake: Make milkshakes for babies out of any fruits. It’s a good way to give kids milk and fruits both. My niece loves chocolate and musk melon.
10.Fruit ice candy: Make this at home easily with fruit juice and fruit. There are lots of recipes you can find on the internet, all easy and tasty. My baby loves watermelon, kiwiand strawberry. Watermelon increases water intake, kiwi contains vitamin C and strawberry is a good antioxidant. When pregnant, it is the best to have kiwi and strawberry.
