Simple reason to reduce anxiety

It’s natural to feel anxious. The last few weeks have been crazy, to say the least, and for many, the levels of anxiety have skyrocketed. For me personally, it felt like (in addition to my own fears) I was taking on the collective energy of panic. The good news is that it’s normal to feel anxious when life feels out of control and change is thrust upon us – change we did not want. The reality is though that life is never entirely quiet and in our control (the way we want to believe), however, that doesn’t mean that we can’t do things to make us feel more at peace. I put this little list together in hopes that it will help not only you but your daughter as well. For many of us, our routines have been turned upside down, but you know what? This actually gives us the opportunity to create a new routine ... with intention. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes: “when nothing is certain, anything is possible.”
