bhuna chana kha sakti hain aap. its regarded as one of the safe food items during pregnancy. par soft hona chahiye aur poori tarah cooked hona chahiye. thodi quantity mein khana vhahiye ek baar mein, zyada nuksan kar sakta hai. chane mein protein, minerals aur folic acid hota hai jo pregnancy mein bahut important hota hai.

hi Sameera! aap acche see bhune chaney ,moderate amount mai ley saktey hai . din Mai lijiye.. usme hara dhaniya ,nimbu ka Ras, pyaaz, tamatar , murmura daal kar chat bhi bana skatey hai.
