Hi Shilpa Jain ! Aap vegetables ko aatey mai ,daliye mai, raita mai, sandwich, dosa, idli ,uttapam sab mai finely chop karke daal saktey hai. fruit chaat , smoothie, custard mai de skatey hai. whole grain cereals dijiye, jaise ragi dosa ,bajra roti etc.
