halki exercises kijiye pani jyada le fried aur junk food avoid kre night halka khana khaye har 3big meals lene ke bjaye 6 chote chote meals le sone se do ghante phle khana kha le sone se phle doodh piye isse vajan kam krne me help hogi

hi beena ! aapki delivery ko kitne months ho gaye hai.. doctor se hari jhandi milne ke baad aap exercise shuru kar saktey hai.. carbohydrates kam kar dijiye.. cheeni aur salt bhi thoda halka kar dijiye..
