मेरी बेटी 2 वर्ष की है उसे बार-बार सर्दी जुखाम बुखार होता है तथा उसकी इम्यूनिटी भी कमजोर है कृपया मुझे यह बताएं कि उसमें खाने में क्या-क्या दें इससे उसकी इम्यूनिटी पावर बढ़ जाए तथा बार-बार यह सर्दी जुखाम बुखार ना हो

hi Kunal katni ! aap bachchey ko vitamin C rich cheezein jaise ki santra, strawberry, kiwi, lemon, guava, grapefruit, and vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts and capsicums are rich, natural sources of vitamin C khilayein. Other vitamin C-rich fruits include papaya, cantaloupe and strawberries. iske alwaah park mai le jakar early morning khilayein. sleep time regular rakhiye. make sure bacche ki 8-10 hours ki sleep ho.. raat mai 9-9. 30 tak sula dijiye.
