hi! you could give whole fruits, start with protein based foods in small portions like egg, soya, paneer. it's also important that your child starts to have what the family eats at this stage. you could also make small portions of finger foods and green veggies and make roti/paratha rolls. ideally, your child may be able to have 1/2 roti roll at once.
