Take a TSP of fennel seeds (saunf). boil in a cup of water till it reduces to one tbsp. when it cools down, give to your baby. it is very beneficial. I use it for my son. I give it at night. you should also massage the tummy in circular motions(anti clockwise) with warm desi ghee.
