10 weeks pregnancy exercise

I m 10 weeks pregnant. I often have gastric problem even after choosy on the foods I eat, is there any excercise suggestions for getting rid of gastric and proper digestion. I walk 30 mins daily but no effective results.

Hi Rama, you can do yoga it will help and continue walk.

hii Rama .. dont take foods like cabbage or cauliflower.. dont go to bed just aftr dinner .. hv lots of fluids.. n continue ur mornimg n evening walk.. if u find it more problematic thn consult doc .. dont take any medicine without prescription..

avoid tea, spicy food, don't take hot milk, use cold milk , don't eat fruit in empty stomach... these tips are help me in my pregnancy.. now I m 34 week pregnant...

hello rama, gastric problem is normal, so don't worry. avoid brinjal or eggplant, drink lots of water and if possible then have coconut water twice or thrice a day. and one more thing take some sonf after having your diner.
