Hi sachitha,constipation problem is quite common during pregnancy & after post delivery... Drink lots of water,coconut water also,take fruits daily,leafy vegetables & main thing is fiber food.. ,for temporary relief take cremaffin syrup u can feel much more better. ,in which every doctor suggest to take dis morning & n8 after dinner

hey.. even I had same problem.. take a small cup of cold milk with lemon on empty stomach only for 3-5 days every morning.. and take a gap of hour for ur breakfast.. u will notice the result from very next day itself.. trust me.. no other medicine.. :) apart from this eat more fiber (sweet corn and mosambi fruit directly) and drink lots n lots of water..

i had constipation too during my pregnancy.. My doctor prescribed me naturalax powder (similar to isabghol) and I had it at night for a week. It worked wonderfully and I didnt face any constipation after that. Naturalax is absolutely safe to have during pregnancy . also include loads of fiber roch food in ur diet like dalia, oats, spinach, carrot etc. Dalia works great.
