hi Asna Ansari ! aap carbohydrates apni diet Mein Kaam Kijiye. jaise ki chawal ,chini Maida, junk food .khane mein aur Soney Mein 2 hours ka gap maintain kijiye .Jyada Tala hua aur fatty food avoid Karen. doctor se hari jhandi milne ke bad exercise resume karen.

exercise kariye, yoga regularly kariye, saath hee bio oil use kariye jis se aapko stretch marks nahi ayenge jab aapka weight kam hoga. green tea without sugar pijiye.
