Helo priya avoid dry nethili instead you can eat fresh nethili. Its good for health. Dry fish will have lot of salt and increase the sodium level in your body which is not good. Even after delivery you can eat nethili its good for milk secretion. Try to eat by making curry instead of fry as fry may cause heartburn and indigestion during pregnancy which will be uncomfortable for you also. As the digestion slows down during pregnancy. Take care

priya yes you can eat Nethili but instead of eating dry one you can have the fresh one because dry fish has to be preserved using salt and this salination increases the sodium level of the fish and when eaten it will increase sodium level leading to high BP which is not good in pregnancy.... you can eat steamed fresh fish that too with moderation.

For me, together with my wife, it was a very responsible and difficult period of planning our child. This is indeed a very energetically and psychologically costly process. After reading some very useful articles on the site https://samploon.com/free-essays/planned-parenthood/ I realized that we are doing everything right and it is better to spend more time planning and checking your health than regretting some unforeseen consequences.
