38. 5 degree celcius temperature since 36 hours

hi.. my daughter is almost 8 months old now and suffering from fever.. she has lost apetite and crying most of the time; started some 36 hours before.. I already checked with couple of child specialist from navi mumbai.. one of these 2 found slight throat infection and prescribed imol syrup and monocef.. whereas the second (he is treating my child since past 6 mnths) he advised to continue with IMOL and asked me not to start monocef or any other antibiotic; he has asked to visit after 3 days, in case fever doesnt come down.. already 1 & half days over.. but no improvement & temperature is howering 102-104 degree Fahrenheit.. after 2 restless nights & visiting 2 doctors, I'm loosing patients.. her blood & urine reports are normal, with no malaria & dengue.. should I start abtibiotic ? I believe monocef will be heavy for 8 mnth old ? Please suggest.

She also has some red spots/marks on exposed parts of body to which doctors refferred as insect bites.

Please check CRP & TLC test also.. It will clear you that antibiotics should be star or not n monocef will be fine for him monocef even used for newborn baby also.. My baby was detected with pneumonia doctar gave him monocef and then pivotal through IV..
