Rabia Danish As per WHO standards mother should breastfeed till six months of the age of the baby so you must continue till next two months and then starts weaning the baby towards some solid food you can start with Khichdi kheer phirni veg pulao boiled egg mashed paneer mashed potato you can make it look colourful so that the baby love eating it you can also give him small Katori of curd all this must be first tested and then given on a regular basis if the baby is able to digest them then only continue with the food .. and you can read this blogs also. Hi Rabia Danish ! Ideally semi-solid food is introduced from 6 months till then doctors recommend exclusive breastfeeding. However if ur doctor has advised u, u can begin with veg soup, khichri, Dalia, ragi, home made cerelac etc. U can use formula milk to prepare dishes.. please do not introduce cow's milk before your baby is one year old.
